"The property could use a bigger sign and a sign on where you enter to get to the hotel... but well worth the turn around. The staff is very professional and pleasant. The room are clean and spacious. The bed was just like home very comfortable, the right temperature and very clean. Love the soap refreshing and smells so fresh. The one thing I would change is the ice bucket - it was plastic and leaked so I placed it in the bathroom, so it didn't ruin the cabinet... I will probably be using these hotels in the future when I travel - Thank you for a great night of sound sleeping... The morning breakfast bar was very nice - I would ask for a sugar free creamer and a more natural sugar substitute like stevia - the others have aspartame or sucralose in them... Great job Hilton "

"Literally from the time we got out of the car, it felt as if we had arrived to stay the weekend at a long time friends home. After checking in, we were given several recommendations for dinner, then returned back to The Cottage to enjoy conversation, games and a fire with the hosts and other guests. A delcious home cooked breakfast was served to all around a large dining table. It was a very quiet peaceful getaway and just down the road from Ricketts Glen where we hiked the beautiful Falls Trail. Thank you Claytonna and Dave for your wonderful hospitality!"

"We always love it here. Yes, the hotel is aging and declining but the most important thing is that the management is trying their best to keep up with the amenities. The employees are friendly and helpful. For the price, that’s good enough for us. The location and amenities like free hot buffet is good and a trail to walk our dog is a big win to us. We love their outdoor area and the Shogun restaurant!We keep coming back. Actually booking now for our next visit. "

"It was great to have multiple food options and entertainment choices all in one place. We had an amazing dinner at Ruths Chris, watched the comedy show and had drinks on the outdoor patio. Perfect size to walk around and never be far from our hotel."
