The Grand Hotel Swansea
Lots of renovations happening so the lifts were not working. The room was nice and comfortable - quite warm though. Not the nicest area but very walkable down to wind street. Parking next door for £5 was handy.

Paul was great to work with. Very informative about options for dining and local access. Views of the beach lived up to our expectations. Not your usual featureless hotel accommodations, but exactly what we wanted from Paul and the local Swansea residents.
