"Clean, comfortable room with modern facilities which had been sensitively restored to retain plenty of character. Excellent central location and a short walk to most places you’d want to visit. We were right next to the Emily Turner restaurant but couldn’t hear any noise from the bedroom. Chilled still and sparkling water on tap, free drinks and snacks in the room and a free drink at the tiny Gimlet gin bar which was worthwhile visiting to try out the extensive selection of gins and get expert advice from the mixologists. Secure car parking is available but is limited so needs to be reserved in advance. Reception is housed in the newly opened Garde Hotel where the included breakfast is also served. Plenty of choice and a good start to the day - coffee, fresh fruit, granola, yoghurt, breads, juices, pasties etc. Barista coffees, tea and cooked items were available but chargeable. The only disappointment was the self-serve coffee machine - only one machine meant there was a queue at busy times and the taste couldn’t compare with the excellent coffees we’d had elsewhere during our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful."

"I had a wonderful stay at the Ocean Beach Hotel. The staff were very accommodating with my early arrival, which I really appreciated. The room was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and surprisingly spacious. The view of the beach from the window was an added bonus — absolutely beautiful! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay."

"Great experience for our family of 5 in this clean and comfortable home. The location is perfect - walking distance to the shops & plenty of eating out options. The house contains all the essentials like towels and fully contained kitchen & laundry. The upstairs WC was leaking on arrival - the host responded promptly & it was fixed immediately. We will definitely opt for this home again next time we're in Perth, it did not disappoint! "

"Although the property was great. It was advertised as safe enter through the garage and get in lift to be left in your property. Lift had not being working for some time no warning was given. the second entry point up the stairs through the back were no lights in the back courtyard. had to go to a hotel for the night and yes eventually was refunded my stay for one night, though I had to chase from my end several times as they would not respond to my emails or phone calls.Had said would send a bottle of wine that never arrived. lots of construction work on the street at the moment and very noisy neighbours upstairs. they should urgently fix those things on the property or change advertising. It is a beautiful unit and location."
