The villa is set in a small village close to the historic town of Svetvincenat so it is close to amenities like shops, restaurants, and bars, while it also offers the serenity of the country life.
The villa has 3 bedrooms with double beds and 3 ensuite bathrooms on the first floor. On the ground floor, you will find a modern kitchen and dining area as well as a comfortable living room. Part of the living area is also the playroom with a pool table and a Play Station 4. Just perfect if you wish to take a break from the sunbathing on the Istrian sun.
