"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the villa was lovely and the pool a big success with the children . Vedrun and his Mother were very friendly and helpful. A nice touch being given a bottle of their own olive oil and liqueur. Also the free entry to the Medieval Park was a great experience."

"We booked Villa Nina for a family holiday with our boys age 8 & 10. We wanted a week to relax and this place was perfect. Situated in a quiet hamlet about 30 minutes from Pula Airport (def need a car) the house was bright and clean with a beautiful outside area. The kids were thrilled with the mini football pitch, pool table foosball and PlayStation not to mention the slide into the pool. All that allowed us to relax. We took a trip to Sanc Michael Theme Park - fantastic place for the kids...

"Was looking for a special place to celebrate a 55th birthday with family, girlfriends of family as well as best friends. Whilst lots of choice, this seemed to rock all the boxes, offering peace and quiet, sports facilities as well as top end accommodation. Interaction with the owners was first class all the way through before arriving, once arriving and meeting the owner, he was extremely helpful offering advice as well as answering any questions very quickly. Would recommend."

"Die Villa war sehr schön und sauber. Die Gastgeber waren super nett, dauerhaft und schnell erreichbar. Tolle Zimmer mit Klimaanlage. Große Terrasse. Der Pool war ziemlich kalt, was aber bei 30 Grad nicht schlimm war. Wenn es zu kalt wurde hatte man die Möglichkeit in den Whirpool zu gehen oder die Sauna zu nutzen. Es gab keine Beschwerden falls die Musik mal lauter war. Gerne wieder:)"

"The property is located in Peresiji, a very quiet village just outsite Svetvincenat. The small city of Svetvincenat is just 5 minutes away (2.5 kilometers). Closest big shops (Plodine and Konzum) only 20 minutes with the car. Beaches and bigger cities like Porec and Pula about 40 minutes with the car. The house was very clean when we arrived. Mr Edi and Mrs Sonja welcomed us at the house and gave us all the necesary explanations. They are very friendly and easy to reach (whatsapp) if you need...

"We had a very nice week having no major issues. For us as a large group of adults it was a little problem we need to go inside in the evening because of the neighborhood but in general we found a good solution for all sides. A second fridge would be good and the TV didn‘t work (no problem for us). Contact with host was very good and helpful in all situations."

"Schon die Kommunikation vorab wie auch während des Aufenthaltes war sehr sehr gut. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Unsere Vorstellungen wurden übertroffen. Die Villa ist genau wie auf den Bildern, alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Zimmer sind alle wunderschön, die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet und der Pool war einfach wunderbar.
