Villa Lavantina has 1 air conditioner on the first floor. There is 2 bedrooms with TV and one bathroom with bath tub and shower. In the hallway is a space with an armchair for relaxing and/or reading a book.



On the ground floor is a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, stove, coffee machine, freezer, refrigerator, dishwasher and a dining area, The living room (with TV) has a double sofa that can be used as another extra bed. The accommodation has a mini gym and sauna. There is also a washing and dryer machine, fireplace and piano.



Svetvinčenat is a medieval small town near Pula, where there are many interesting things and events, restaurants, cafes, bars, shops and shops. Beautiful beaches and bars invite you to swim all day with family and friends.

Awful. Unprofessional and disorganised.

The individual that runs this property is unprofessional and not fit to rent a property to guests. I paid (in full!!) five months before we were due to travel, yet 48 hours before our flight I get a message saying "sorry, I have no record of your booking" - absolutely outrageous behaviour. We were due to travel with our two young children, flights booked, hire car, everything... Be warned. The lady, Kristina, then ignored our phone calls and ignored the phone calls from VRBO and basically didn't give a damn about leaving a family completely in the lurch at the last minute. She is a disgrace. Avoid!!
