Pretty grotty hostel run by a family. The bed that I stayed in, which I paid over $50 btw, stank of mold. The promised wifi turned out to be if the owner was around she might turn on her phone hotspot for a 30 minutes or so. The fridge was really gross, and their dog tried to bite me when I checked in. Main owner is pretty grumpy and unfriendly, although her kids and grandfather are pretty nice. Not great.

They didn't know anything about my booking until I turned up. had to go and do up a room for the night. Lots of mosquitoes. Towels not provided..told that someone will be in in the morning to deal with that, person didn't turn up until after 10am..not practical for someone who wants to make an early start.
