Chloes Waterfront Oasis ~ A modern apartment with open plan living

  • Chloe"s Absolute Waterfront Oasis is a modern 2 bedroom apartment with open plan living. Fully fenced with fantastic water views. Backs on to your own private jetty. Enjoy the tranquility from the deck by having a cold drink and watching the pelicans, ducks and boats going by. You can moor your own boat to the wharf. Enjoy the backyard with Gas BBQ and outside Cabana.This a beautiful home to enjoy your holidays with family and friends and will accommodate four persons in two Queen beds. Fully equipped kitchen with large open plan living & dining room.
    The entire downstairs apartment for you to relax, unwind and have fun.

    All linen provided - bring your own beach towel.

    Please note that slipway access is not available. Boats can be launched at the local ramp and moored to the private jetty.
    Driveway parking only, no garage access and no parking on grassed areas.

    Please note that there is an external security camera at the property. The cameras are located above the driveway only, and guests privacy will not be affected.

    This property is pet friendly. We ask that pets are outside throughout the day. Pets can be brought inside of an evening, with prior approval.
    There is a pet fee applicable to all bookings of $50 per stay and a maximum of 2 pets per booking.

    The minimum length of stay is 3 nights. 4 nights over Easter & 7 nights in Peak season.Everything
