One of my rooms had blackout curtains that could not open or close. The engineer came up right away to work on them, but wasn’t able to make them function, which was all right once we just pulled them back.And a broken facial mirror hanging down from the wall next to the sink other than that just a few things looked a little beaten up in that room. My second room was better. I very much enjoyed the stay and the rooftop was beautiful the location suited visiting Times Square and Broadway well with walking taking 10 to 15 minutes.
