"Absolutely beautiful jungle like lication of small property in the grounds of a stunning Chateau , that edges the Heritage golf course. The room was huge, with a comfortable bed and lush pillows. Bathroom lovely, huge shower. We took a walk around the grounds of the chateau, which was so swrene and beautiful. There was a member of staff from the hotel, who was making fishing rods from bamboo. "The hotel is in a great location on the beach. The food is pretty good. Our room (one of the cheapest options) was a bit scruffy and not the best design (smelt a bit musty, hardly any leg room if you sit on the toilet!) but overall fine. Lots of food options nearby. "Amazing location at one of the most beautiful beaches we have witnessed during our vacation in Mauritius. The hotel complex is very pretty and well designed (pools, bars, ...). Despite the 5* rating of the hotel the rooms are rather outdated and could more well maintained (e.g., light switches, doors, old A/C, ..). The effort/extras the hotel provided during our honeymoon were amazing and stood out from other hotels. "
