Private Pool (18' x 22' x 7' & 3 1/2' - 5' Deep) - Professionally Maintained, Corner Lot, Street-Side Covered Porch on First Level and Covered Sitting Area (with high top table, stools and chairs, along with outside stereo, on ground level adjacent to pool). A variety of beach and pool toys, beach chairs, beach cart and a wheeled cooler are provided as well. 3 Covered & 2 Uncovered Parking Spaces. Cook by the pool as the Ground Level Pool House includes an additional Refrigerator/Freezer, Ice Maker and Microwave/Convection Oven. An owner-provided Charcoal Grill (guest is responsible for cleaning between every use & charcoal refills) is next to the backyard picnic tables along with an Outdoor Shower. Professionally Landscaped Grounds, Non Smoking Environment, Pet Friendly (50 lb Limit, Max 2 Dogs, Additional Fees Apply).

PROPERTY AMENITIES
Well maintained 5 bedroom 4 ½ bath home with professionally managed Private Pool located on a corner lot that provides additional privacy. High speed internet, 6 Flat Screen Televisions (5 Smart), Desk in upstairs bedroom, Dual zone heating and air, ceiling fans throughout. Open concept great room with living and dining areas open to kitchen. All new kitchen appliances and granite countertops with Range with Convection Oven, Refrigerator/Freezer with DUAL ice makers, and Dishwasher; Well equipped kitchen with coffee pot and Keurig, crockpot, griddle, electric skillet, waffle iron, and abundant cooking and serving utensils. Laundry including a Washer & Dryer, Iron & Ironing Board on second floor. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc as needed.

*The linen package includes sheets for all beds, 2 bath towels and wash cloths per how many the property sleeps, a kitchen towel, and a dish cloth. The linen delivery service does not include bed makes. If you do not need the linen package, please decline the service on your Rental Agreement which you will receive after booking. If declined, the linen service charge will be deducted from your second payment.

Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and E-Checks. A 3% service fee applies to all credit card payments, and E-Checks are not accepted within 14 days of arrival. The name on the payment method must match the name on the reservation. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a pre-check-in email where you can securely select your preferred payment option. Please note that we do not accept Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo, Affirm, PayPal, or Klarna.

**Bookings exceeding 28 days will require a security deposit, which will be collected after the reservation is confirmed.
