Oceanfront Condo w/ Amazing Views, Directly on the Beach, Relaxing getaway

Our 2nd floor studio efficiency condo is directly facing the ocean. It is fully furnished and includes a queen size bed with a new comfy Serta mattress and queen size sleeper sofa in the large living area. There is a full bathroom with washer and dryer included for your convenience. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave and a Keurig. This space is ideal for a couple or family of 4.
Relax and enjoy the beautiful views and smell of the ocean, just steps from our condo. Enjoy the private access to the beach or our pool area directly outside of the building. Have your morning coffee or evening drinks out on the balcony listening to the waves and spotting dolphins. You will have access to complimentary beach chairs, umbrella and beach mat throughout your stay - enjoy!
Location is everything, you'll be in the heart of Surfside Beach with easy access to multiple restaurants, bars, stores, Market Common, Broadway at the Beach and everything on the Grand Strand! Less than 15 minutes to the Myrtle Beach International Airport.

Cozy Beach Front Condo

Absolutely loved my stay in this cozy Beach Front Condo. It was clean, comfortable and well furnished. Communication with the owners was great and the condo was as advertised! Everything needed for the stay was available and in working order. The location was excellent for access to golf, shopping, entertainment and dining. I experienced zero issues during my stay and had no issues with noise or disturbances in the building or neighboring properties.

Property was as advertised clean, on the beach, great location and property managers very responsive. Only feedback would be to have ample supply of coffee available, bathroom supplies as well as a portable beach chair to carry to the beach to enjoy the sunrise and sunset.

Place was quaint and quiet. Perfect distance to murrells, as well as, market commons, and north myrtle. We stay often and love surfside/garden city area. Would definitely recommed for a single person or a couple.

Great Condo for Couples!

My Spouse and I came down to S.C. for the week for some sun and golf. The booking process was simple, and the same goes for checking in and out. Stephanie & John made this process very easy, and stress free. The views of the beach early am were stunning! Great location to be outside the main Myrtle area with most places being only 5-15 minutes away. Will definitely stay here again!

Everything was as expected

No problems. When we checked in the WiFi wasn't working but the owner already knew and communicated with us about fixing it. It was quickly fixed. No other issues arose. The unit was perfect for my girlfriend and I. The bed was comfortable for sleeping. Loved that it was oceanfront and had great views of the ocean. The pool was great as well and the complex was quiet.

Nice Getaway !

This was our first trip to South Carolina and it was everything we expected and more... The unit is a classic surfside condo, high enough off the beach for a good view on the ocean, low enough for easy stairway access. It was nicely decorated and provisioned with all the basics; a short trip to the grocery store and we had everything we needed to feel at home. We went for beach walks every day, made some meals but ate at restaurants too. We toured two nearby State parks and the BrookGreen botanical & sculpture garden. What a beautiful natural area ! We.came down from the midwest to attend a wedding - and it was lovely - but we found plenty of reasons to visit again.

Our second stay here

This was our second year staying at this unit. I felt like the unit could have been a tad cleaner, mainly in the bathroom. There was hair on the floor and possibly mold around the tub faucet handle and hand bar. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. The view was awesome and the bed is very comfortable. (However the fitted sheet did not fit very well and kept slipping off)

Surfside Beach Studio

Stephanie and John were wonderful! So easy to communicate with, flexible and very responsive. Their unit was perfect for the two of us. We loved being so close to the beach and the ocean views were spectacular! The unit was stocked with some basics, which was very helpful for our arrival. The bed/linens were clean and comfy. The couch/chairs were in fair condition, clearly well loved. We had no need for the sofa pullout, so we didn't use that. The kitchen had all the basics for cooking and preparing meals, as well as a good sized fridge. We really enjoyed our stay and loved the neighborhood. We will definitely be back to visit again!

It was conveniently located, easy beach access, but the unit definitely needs some work and updates. Air vents rusty, moldy and pretty gross. Utensils in kitchen drawers dirty— can opener very rusted and disgusting. Baseboards pulling away from walls and gross looking. Cracks and holes in walls/corners. Moldy looking tiles. Fitted sheet does not fit or stay on the bed at all which was very frustrating and gross. Would be a very nice unit if kept up better. Have pictures of many of these issues.
