We are at 713 S Ocean Blvd, Surfside Beach, South Carolina.
Escape to the serene shores of Surfside Beach and experience the ultimate beachfront getaway in our stunning 2-bedroom condo. This property offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience.
As a traveler, you'll be delighted by the array of amenities that await you:
NEW SOAKING TUB, NEW VANITY, NEW KING BED, BLACK OUT CURTAINS, POWER STRIPS FOR ALL YOUR "STUFF", NEW REFRIGERATOR, SAMSUNG SMART TV 'S., WELL STOCKED KITCHEN.
PLEASE NOTE THAT I SUPPLY oven mitts, dish clothes & dish towels, and a rug. I have a Kuerig & a round coffer maker. I have a crockpot, blender & a toaster.
I supply sheets & towels FOR THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE THAT YOU REPORT.
I also supply bath rugs & bath mats. I start out the season will cleaning supplies under the sink. I supply iron.
You will need to bring all your necessities & personal items, personal paper products, kitchen spices, dishwashing liquid for dishwasher/ sink/ clothes.
You will need to bring your beach chairs, towels, sunscreen. You also can rent chairs on the beach from Beach Services (843) 602-8004 or view their website. www.beachservicesltd.com

Quiet Beach Time

A condo on the beach. Is there anything better ? Melinda’s condo is super nice , very comfortable. My wife and I couldn’t recommend it enough.

Beautiful house and location

This was one of the nicest properties we've stayed in. The balcony and furnishings are second to none. The stretch of beach is very quiet. The condo was well equipped and the furniture and beds were very comfortable. We loved every minute of staying there.

Surfside paradise

This place is everything you could want, when looking for a vacation spot without a pool. You'll love the views from the third floor balcony. The kitchen is fully equip with everything you need for a family stay. We were more than satisfied with our stay, highly recommended.

Excellent Place!

We had a few minor “hiccups” at first with getting towels and sheets, but once we notified the owner, it was taken care of within a few hours. The condo was clean and such a wonderful place to stay! We loved sitting on the deck and enjoying the ocean view and also being able to head downstairs and go directly onto the beach. We had a blast and hope to stay here again!

Thanksgiving 2023

Very nice beachfront condo on 3rd floor of 3 floor 6 plex. Perfect for 2 couples, like us, with 2 bedroom and 2 bath. Very clean, up to date, and complete. We all enjoyed our 3 night stay. Lots of beach walks and could also enjoy the beach anytime from the nice balcony. Would stay here again and highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay in Surfside Beach and the condo was in such a nice area. We got our exercise on the stairs but the view from the 4th floor was worth it. Condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay and our host couldn’t be nicer. We look forward to returning next year. Trish

Perfect Vacation location

Melinda was so easy to work with. Loved everything about the condo. As stated in description this is a third floor condo with no elevator but the views from the large, nicely furnished deck were spectacular being at that level. Kitchen stocked with all that was needed. Would definitely stay here again if we were going without our dogs. Pickleball venues were about 10-20 minutes away.

Overall a nice place , plenty of appliances and kitchen items. One of the showers had hair in it as if it wasn’t cleaned prior to arrival , found a oven mit with mold all over it , one of the door locks was malfunctioning but the realtor was aware of it and were in the process of fixing it, it had no effect on the overall security of the condo due to it being a external security door. The view was nice and was in easy walking distance of the pier. All issues can be easily fixed, overall a nice place to stay.

Fun fall break spot!

This family of 4 loved this condo. Melinda was so super nice! We checked in with all beach rentals and grocery items fully stocked upon arrival from Sea Star Realty Concierge service. The condo was very clean, up-to-date and well maintained. Everyone spent the most time on the balcony--it was spectacular. The beach of Surfside was very low-key and family friendly. All other renters super nice and quiet. Would stay in this same unit again. Beds comfortable, 2 couches, tv's modern and easy to use, all appliances worked great.

Family Beach Trip 2023

Pros: Convenient and quiet location with gorgeous oceanfront view from the large balcony! Enough space for the family and small grandchildren. Great beach access and parking accommodations. Property management/owners are friendly and easy to communicate with. Cons: Stairs can be a bit daunting in the heat. Patio furniture on the balcony, more specifically, the cushions, hold odors. Minor updates needed in the kitchen but everything was clean and in working condition.

Wonderful beach experience

My husband enjoyed staying here. It was a perfect mix of relaxing and activities. We waked to the local restaurants. We loved not having to drive to go out to eat. There was a pier, however, it was not open yet. The large balcony was a plus for us. We sat out there often people watching and listening to the ocean. The door leading from the balcony the beach was very unique. As far as we could tell from walking the beach, this is the only property that has this feature. Be aware that this unit is on the 3rd floor with only walk up stairs, no elevator. But that was fine for us. We enjoyed being on the top floor with no above us. The ocean view was great. The weather was still warm in October as well. Overall it was a wonderful experience that I would not hesitate to repeat.
