Great week

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is perfect! The house was nice, big rooms and nice shared areas. The house wasn’t very clean and it would be nice if there were more chairs on the decks but overall we had a great vacation and would stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place to stay. Great distance to the beach..over all enjoy the place. Minor issues with house keeping. Suggestion check the vents when cleaning. And all control to lights and fans. A lot battery were dead. And maybe different trash can in kitchen,it’s to small. I would definitely rent this place again.

FAMILY VACATION

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The interior of the house was in good shape. There was nothing fancy about the furnishings, but it was very clean and acceptable. The area around the pool desperately needs updating. The chairs were old and some rusty. There were several fans at the overhang near the pool area and they could not be used. They needed to be replaced as they were very rusty and one was missing half the fan inserts. There were numerous flys and the could have been of assistance.The management company was very responsive and great lines of communication.
