  • A great find! Exceptionally clean, completely renovated condominium with a modern, beach vibe. This place is a second floor end unit with open floor plan leading to a large deck. There is enough room for a family or just a couple to spread out. This condo has a main level bedroom with its own private balcony. There is a second floor bedroom with a private bath and bonus room. The second level is like a semi-private suite.
    The unit is only 1 of 8 so it this is a quiet place with a pool and ample parking. Walk only steps to the sand and all that Surfside Beach has to offer. The pier, restaurants, ice cream shops, bars, golf car and bike rental, public park with tennis courts, farmers market and library are within close walking distance. Bicycling and walking are safe in this quiet neighborhood.
    Want more excitement? Myrtle Beach with its nightlife and shopping are only a 15 minute car ride. Restaurant row and Marsh Walk of Murrell's Inlet are a similar distance. Charleston is an easy day trip.
