Unbelievable Sunrises from the third-floor balcony!
3 bedroom 2 bath condo third-floor oceanfront in Surfside. Recently and continually updated and ready for you to make your memories! The Master bedroom has all new furniture and a remodeled bathroom with a custom pebble floor shower & a new 50-inch TV! New furniture and bedding in the second bedroom which now has a queen bed and a single over double bunk bed & a new ceiling fan and a new 50-inch TV. The bedside lamps in all bedrooms have built-in USB charging ports for those important electronics to be charged! The kitchen is fully stocked with all the tools needed to prepare whatever meal you have in mind. Oceanfront Windows were just tinted to reduce glare and reflect heat making your stay more comfortable and the condo more efficient along with new shutters throughout. There is a storage room downstairs for all the beach stuff and there is assigned covered parking spaces for the condo, Linens are provided as well, check-in is at 4 pm, and check-out is at 10 am. The condo is close to everything, every type of restaurant you could imagine is within 10 minutes and the same for shopping. There is a 3D model of the condo on our Facebook page "Princeton house 1 unit 6" for more interior views.

We had an excellent stay,and highly recommend this rental. It was exactly as described very clean,comfortable and very well equipped with everything we needed.The view from the balcony was breathtaking, and quiet location away from busy Myrtle Beach was perfect for us .We loved how close it was to the BEACH! Dreamy beach location

We loved the beautiful view from the balcony! We had a fully stocked kitchen and comfortable beds plus an amazing view. Also appreciated all of the beach chairs and equipment that was easily accessible. We would definitely come back again!

Great Time On The Ocean

What a wonderful stay. Weather was nearly perfect, ocean and beach was great and there is much to do in the area. The property was quite comfortable and sweetcorn our needs nicely.

Great location, great condo! My wife and family have been vacationing in Myrtle Beach for the last 15 years. I assure you, you will not find a nicer condo than this one.

Perfect and Peaceful

This was such a lovely place to stay, and the location is perfect. Communication with the host was quick in easy when needed. The condo was clean and quiet, and the balcony is a wonderful place to spend your time reading/relaxing while having an excellent view of the ocean.

Ocean front condo with lovely decor and clean comfort.

Stayed with a couple of our young adult kids to attend family wedding. Enjoyed morning coffee or cocktail hours on the balcony while taking in the beautiful ocean views. Clean comforts like extra blankets, cotton bed linens in primary suite, plenty of kitchen tools, and spacious family room. Wonderful experience!

This was a beautiful condo and was very well stocked with any and everything needed. The only issue we had, though I might have missed it when booking, was that it was on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Beautiful views!

Tranquil

Wonderful location 20 minutes from the overly crowed parts of Myrtle Beach. Cute neighborhood feel with local coffee shops, restaurants and hangouts. Peaceful location. The townhouse had everything needed with the most perfect patio and beach views with steps to the beach. Very clean and comfortable for our family of 6. Plenty of space, comfy beds and places to hang out! Absolutely would stay here again if we ever were to head back that way!

The Perfect Getaway

This was exactly what we needed. Charming yet spacious, full of everything we needed, and right on the water! We didn't even leave the property. We just camped out for three days of luxurious beach living. It was that lovely. After the first night, I was already calling my husband to say we need to bring the kids for a family vacation.

Just Perfect

My husband and I stayed for a wonderful week at this beautiful condo. We’ve rented the condo under the previous owners for many years and now twice with the new owners. Kevin and Shannon have done some wonderful upgrades. The condo has just about everything you need for a comfortable stay and the location is just perfect!

Heaven on earth

By far the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in. Everything we could have needed was readily available. The location was perfect for us. Loved sitting on the balcony reading a book and listening to the ocean. The beds were extra comfy. A well stocked beach storage closet was the icing on the cake. What a fabulous home, beach, weather and vacation. The pictures of the property do not do it justice . The condo was so comfortable and probably the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. Great Stay

My family and I had such a wonderful time staying here. We could not have asked for a better location to enjoy the beach and the well equipped home is perfect to come back to after a day in the sun. A great spot for families, although be prepared to climb several flights of stairs to and from. We had extra hands to help carry luggage and groceries so it wasn't bad, but may not be ideal for several littles or elderly folks. Otherwise, a noticeably clean and spacious home with lots of games to pass the time on a rainy day. Our family has a new favorite spot and we will certainly be back!
