Well-equipped modern kitchen boasting a breakfast bar, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances along with all the necessities to prepare and serve meals. Current coastal décor and furnishings throughout the property, including custom tile showers and granite vanities. Exterior amenities include 2 levels of covered porches with ocean views, a private pool, and ample parking for four vehicles.
