The Neighborhood:
Bateman’s Bay is a 10-minute drive north of Surf beach and has everything else you need including larger supermarkets and other facilities. Just a short drive north or south of Surf Beach and you will be spoilt for choice with gorgeous bush walks, stunning beaches and quaint beachside towns. You can explore until your heart's content. Mogo wildlife park is about 15-minute drive southwest and there’s a BMX track nearby to that as well.

Getting Around:
This cosy home is tucked away on a quiet and tranquil street set back from the beautiful Surf Beach. Take the 2-minute drive or 7-minute walk down to the beach where you will find a local pizza shop, IGA, pharmacy, cafe and grassy areas with picnic tables. The beach is patrolled in the peak months and there are toilets and showers. Wimble beach is a sheltered, dog-friendly beach south of Surf Beach, just a few minutes walk from Surf Beach or a 15-minute walk from Highview Avenue. Denhams Beach is the third beautiful bay on the Surf Beach Coast that enjoys the tranquil waters provided by the protective rocky outcrops nearby. North of Surf Beach, Denhams Beach is where the bush meets the sea and is a popular spot for families, snorkelling and beginner surfers.

- For your comfort, this property is prepared with professional-grade hotel-style linen, including a three-sheet setup, ensuring a fresh and hygienic sleep experience.
- Please note that this property has cameras in the external areas of the property. It is located in a cul-de-sac and alongside a track that leads to the beach. These are purely for security reasons.
