The outstanding good feature of this hotel is its proximity to the Paragon Mall through a connecting door from the hotel lobby. The hotel itself is not overly expensive for the room and breakfast option and the food selection is quite good. I was travelling with my two children and they liked it. However, the property itself is quite tired, but made worse by the problem experienced by hotels across a lot Indonesia, that being: Hardly any simple maintenance! For example, the shower heads could be cleaned of rust, thereby increasing the water flow on what in already a very low water pressure. Hot water runs out after about 5 minutes of showering. The pool is a main attraction for the property but is poorly maintained with the step ladder the pool not screwed in and feels flimsy. The "Kids Club" is filled with broken toys that look like they were picked up from the street, and the playground feels like an afterthought with some rusty old equipment. The hotel management could walk 100 meters TO THE MALL and spend about 10 USD on some toys and it would already be a drastic improvement. My point is, that for not much investment, the hotel could do small things to make the stay a lot more enjoyable. Please stop being so stingy Hotel Management!

Love the property. Easy access, right in the middle of anything. Attach with the mall. Friendly staff. 👍👍👍 Love to stay here again next time we visit Solo.

Service is a problem, particularly the speed of service. They are polite and warm, but the speed is a problem...............very very slow.

A hotel good for genuine relaxation
Absolutely relaxing with lots of food choices nearby. Love the swimming pool, the gym and the staff, who always greet guest with a sincere smile. Livia at the reception was the most helpful from the point of check-in. The restaurant manager was a sport. A wonderful hotel experience! Will definitely return for another stay.

convenient loacation
we stayed there 3 nights for a short vacation. the hotel was in conjunction with a shopping mall which was very convenient for a family with 2 toddlers. on the first day, my sons were sick, it was so convenient that it is located in the middle of the city and one of the city's best pediatricians was located just around the corner. very convenient.. overall, my husband and I are satisfied with the hotel.

Comfortable hotel for families
I have stayed at the Paragon three times with my family and we love it. If you have small children, the suite that has two rooms is really wonderful. The pool is very clean and pleasant and the fact that you need only walk down the hall to go to the Paragon Mall with all of the stores/restaurants/cinema attached is a real benefit. The staff is wonderful and the beds are so comfortable. The only negative for me is that breakfast at the hotel is very expensive but hardly anyplace else around is open before 10am to provide another option. We buy breakfast foods at Carrefour in the mall next door and eat in our room instead.

stay at this hotel on weekend,they have loud music going till after midnight,so you had better ask for room at 20 something floor.(mine was at 9) And make sure to check the air conditioning filter to see how thick the dust (mine was thick that the engineering had to pull and clean it) After that,you have to check the bathroom drain as mine was blocked,so i have to take a bath with water rising on the floor. they also have old sofa on deluxe room,make sure to ask engineering to open the window to get fresh air the good thing about the room is the big window,and they can be open to get fresh air

Good location with adjoining mall with eateries
Nice hotel with good breakfast for 80,000 Rupiah per person. The rooms are clean. Adjoining mall has a huge Carrefour store, many eateries, a cinema and a big department store Central. Short distance from the tourist spots like the Keraton. Taxi service is available at its doorstep. Wonderful stay!

Good Location
Stay at the hotel was comfortable and pleasant. Adjourning the hotel is a big shopping center. Good for those who loved to shop. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. Toilet wise, no complain but would be good if upkeep is improved. Breakfast is good but spread is not that wide.

Is a nice place to stay in and beside the hotel is the Paragon Mall. You can shop anytime you want and have lunch or dinner at the mall. There's newly open cinema, for those who loves watching movie can watch at Paragon Mall. Only one thing which i didn't get to do is to swim this time round as the pool is always full of children.. Maybe is the holiday season... Overall my stay at the hotel was excellent and enjoyable.

Wifi didn't work in room and limited to 30 minutes wifi in lobby. Staff weren't great at answering questions. Lacks charm of rest of solo. All that said, modern, clean and convenient to be attached to a mall.

Very good hotel, perhaps bit far from sights
I was very pleased with this hotel. It is like a 4-star hotel in the US, but at a much lower price. Very pleasant staff, good food, nice, new building. The location is perhaps a bit far from some of the major sights in town if you like to walk, but just a quick ride by taxi. My only criticism would be that the hotel's car service is over-priced. If you are interested in using a car and driver, e.g., for seeing things outside the town, I would suggest using another service. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

room size was good as was facilities but for new hotel sad to see no power points or lights where the desk was located Hard to charge and work on computer as well as hand phone Breakfast was barely average and the lobbies and corridors all did not seem to have A/C which made it somewhat uncomfortable. This is however only a minor irritation. Would I stay there again for value for money definitely.

Great value--nice hotel!
The room was a little smaller than some, but nice and functional, especially for the value. We had a king-size bedroom. The bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. The gym was very nice and large--great for a morning work out. The staff was very courteous and helpful. We never had any problems.

Luxury in the Middle of the Heritage Solo
Our stay was nice. The location is right next to a big modern shopping center with plenty of eateries (but not local food). If you want luxury, this is the place for you, if you want to experience the real Solo, you will not get it from this place. But to go around, it's easy to do. Food is cheap in the hotel compared to outside at the mall. But wifi is not good, very slow. Overall stay was good.

一階が工事中で朝食が食事が取れなかったのは残念だった プールや事務は素晴らしい 歩いて5分でとなりに大きなショピングセンターがあり、買い物・食事（夜2200まで）にはとても便利なローケーション、町の中心地まではタクシーで20-30分かかる

Too far and too old
This hotel is quite old and far from the station. If u want to go out or go back to the hotel at night, taxi or walking is the only choice. We always walked back to the hotel and felt very cold during dinner. This is the drawback.
