Great beach getaway!
House was exactly as advertised. Great location on Holden beach. The public access boardwalk next door was under renovations so the beach was not crowded.

Cozy little cottage
Was perfect size for my family (myself, hubby, 17 and 9 year old boys). Great beach accessibility and our boys loved the jacuzzi.

A few days away
I booked the Sandbox very last minute to get a few days away from the stresses of everyday life. It was the perfect place. Location right on the beach was great, the house was very clean and cozy, and the management company was very helpful in getting us back in the house after we locked ourselves out. Would definitely recommend.

5 star view
Absolutely awsome view, house keeping could have done a little better job, but no major complaints. We had to purchase sheets due to the sheets being queen and the bed was a king, and one paper thin pillow per person so bring your own pillows and bedding fair warning. All in all the place was well worth it because of the view.

May vacation
The house was very relaxing and the porch had a view that was amazing. The only complaints were that the silverware wasn’t all clean and it seemed that the hot tub had not been cleaned from the previous stay since there was sand in it.

We love holden beach. We loved the house, but the hvac vents, ceiling fans, and walls really need to be dusted. And the floor was sandy when we arrived. Mainly housekeeping issues. The house was nice.

Girls Trip!
This was my 16th time in holden and with hopes to purchase a home there one day. This house was fantastic for a short weekend stay. It is a bit tiny but worked great for a girls trip. Could have had better dish wear for cooking and maybe a bunk that was a full size instead of all twins. I totally see why the washer and dryer are down stairs under the house but not my favorite so I didn't wash anything. The hot tub was very nice in the evenings I enjoyed it being up on the deck. Over all a 4 stars.

Great location, cute cottage
Direct beach access, so can’t beat the location! Unfortunately there were a few downfalls. The house was not very clean when we arrived and the inclosed outdoor shower was not functioning properly. Also the amenities listed included an iron/ironing board and grill which were not there.

Functional Layout
For a small house this place had plenty of room! The bedrooms are efficient and the living area is open and roomy. We enjoyed the games supplied. Kitchen was well equipped. Steps from the beach in a quiet area. Would definitely stay here again.
