New listing. New home. Queen bed. Room-darkening shades. Sep level & entrance. On bike path to Boulder, Louisville, Lafayette. Blocks to open space, incl single-track trails. Walk to bars & dining. Quick to Boulder. Easy public transport to Denver & airport. CostCo & WF close by. World-renowned climbing destination Eldo Springs shuttle pickup close by. Kitchen nook with fridge & microwave (no sink/oven yet). Eldo Springs H2O on tap! Back deck (see pic) can be rented. Sorry, no pets or parties.
