"Excellent place to stay. 1st level rooms have private door to patio that leads to pool tennis courts playground. Very convenient. Restaurant inside hotel. Easy parking. Nurse on site. Everything within walking distance but I drove. Great staff. Big breakfast buffet. Cleanliness 10/10 all areas. Thank you Copantl we enjoyed our stay."

"Breakfast was great and fresh every day. Clean room. Excellent staff and service. I wish I had a room not in front of the pool - noisy, but fun! Also, I recommend that the management have better transport service. Only one person and he didn't even live in the area. There was an unexpected road closure and yet there was no other driver to take me to the airport. He arrived two hours later than scheduled; luckily I was able to make my flight. All was fantastic; just wish I had a quieter room and that they had alternate transport, just in a case. "

"This was our best family vacation yet! Foreign travel with large groups comes with all kinds of issues, and this place solved them all. Driver and chef were great! Took our logistics and food complications out completely. Pool and beach were perfect for our group of 11 ranging from ages 15-58. "Jackie was an amazing host! She gave us good recommendations of things to do and places to avoid as well. She was very good on helping when it was needed for things with the house. Like garage fence got stuck or we ran out of gas and they quickly changed the propane tank. She was very welcoming and very responsive! The house is beautiful! Rooms are nice and spacious! The family enjoyed the pool a lot! Definitely recommend! And hope to go back again. "
