Staff friendly and helpful once I managed to find the actual address and entrance to the complex. Person who was listed to contact on arrival or for questions was very hard to hear and understand so I ended the phone call and asked a friendly neighbor to help me find the location. Pool and public area nice and clean. some lighting in the apartment was not working, and kitchen lacked basic utensils for cooking or eating. Lack of drinking glasses and dish soap. Cleanliness of apartment good but not great. Overall, still a pleasant experience.

What a great find this was, Super cute , Incredibly friendly and helpful. They have two pools and they are very flexible on the closing time as long as you’re quiet . My rental was a two bedroom one bath apartment and the price was amazing . The worse thing I would say about it is : it’s difficult to find but if you call them they will talk you through it . Be care of the convenience store across the street from the apartments , They will literally rob you . 85$ for two powerades & a bottle of water lol

Very nice apartment, ample space for kids. Bedding very comfortable. Secure premises. 2nd pool was not functioning or clean. Main pool was nice and kids wanted to swim but we had a late arrival and early departure. The apartment was as pictured and the service was prompt. We will visit this property again.

Firstable when we arrived, i open the gabinet and there was a cockroach in the silverware’s, then the bedcloths was dirty and smell like some sleep there and they didn't washed the sheets set , pillows was so nasty dirty , the bed was dirty with so many spots, i hva to wash the bedsheet , cause i couldn’t sleep like it was, i heard that the owners knows about it, but they dont care , i will not recommended it.

Con varios días de antelación, realizamos la reserva de un apartamento de dos habitaciones con cocina, sala y comedor en este hotel. Sin embargo, al llegar por la noche, nos comunicaron que la unidad que habíamos reservado y pagado estaba ocupada por otro huésped. En su lugar, nos asignaron una habitación mal diseñada junto a la calle, donde el constante ruido de vehículos y personas nos impidió descansar adecuadamente. A pesar de que nos otorgaron un reembolso parcial, consideramos que el precio final que pagamos no justifica en absoluto la calidad del cuarto proporcionado. Aunque el personal de atención demostró amabilidad, quedamos notablemente insatisfechos con la falta de organización administrativa que experimentamos durante nuestra estancia. Este desafortunado incidente afectó negativamente nuestra experiencia en el hotel y nos deja claro nunca más volver a elegirlo en futuros viajes.
