The sliding doors in the room were also a nice touch. The bed was large, spacious, and very comfortable, and the couch had a firm feel that made it pleasant to sit on. We had great difficulties getting through to Vietnam Airlines Reservations after they had a schedule change that would delay our flight from Da Nang to Hanoi. Reception staff Hoai Nhu and Ngoc Cuong stepped in to help us contact the Airline.
