The Sunshine Villa 2 Min walk to Village Beach

This single level apartment is bright and breezy with large open plan living, well stocked kitchen and wrap around balcony and is perfect for your next family holiday. The apartment is walking distance to the pristine patrolled beach, renovated Sunshine surf club and eclectic village with funky cafes, bars, corner store and renowned restaurants. 5 minute drive to world famous Hastings Street and main beachWelcome to this lovely spacious apartment on Belmore Terrace in Sunshine Beach. The 3 bedroom apartment flows over one level with a wrap around balcony off the living room area. From the balcony you can walk down to a private fenced courtyard with a gate which will lead you out to the road and you walk straight down to the patrolled beach within a couple of minutes. The apartment comprises of the open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area with a smart TV, Nespresso pod machine and a well stocked kitchen. There a three bedrooms with a master ensuite and a main bathroom with full laundry facilities as well as a bath.

There is also a small courtyard to the rear of the apartment which can be accessed via 1 of the back bedrooms, or around the side of the wrapped balcony. There is a single car garage as well as a tandum carport space. There is some additional on street parking but it is a first come, first serve basis.
