TINGIRA SEA UNIT 3 - Spacious Unit Across from the Boardwalk

Roomy, well positioned unit located just across the street from the Boardwalk with its free BBQs and picnic tables on the waters edge at Bulcock Beach.

This popular second floor unit has views over Pumicestone Passage across to Golden Beach and is within easy walking distance to almost everything including a choice of restaurants and shops, and of course the main street and the Sunday Markets are only about 50 metres away.

The unit features comfortable furnishings, air conditioning, dishwasher, DVD player and single lock up garage. There is a Queen bed in the main bedroom and the second bedroom has a trio bunk bed, with a double on the bottom and a single on top.

You will need to move quick on this one as Tingira Seas is a great value unit in a highly sought after location!

Prices vary according to the season, and minimum booking nights apply and vary for different seasons. Please put in your proposed dates and the website will instantly give you the tariff.

Bookings made after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you for an additional fee.

Further note that Wi-Fi is not included unless stated in the property details above.

I did not read (or it was not clear enough) that there is NO Linen included with the Apartment. It was easy enough to hire the Linen off them (at $111) for the time we were there, but just remember to plan ahead and that you have to fit the linen to the beds etc yourself (and pack them up). The apartment is next to a busy area and on the local bus route, so it can be a bit loud. The Apartment is up 2 flights of stairs with no lift. The Apartment is good and clean, but there is NO WIFI.
