Studio near hospital, private bathroom and kitchen
This house is a short stroll 5 minutes to Cafes, Burger Joints & Nambour General Hospital & about 12 minutes walk to McDonald's, Coles & Nambour Train Station which takes you straight to Brisbane in just over 1 an hour or buses go to straight to Maroochydore regularly or drive to the beach or MCY Sunshine Coast Airport in 20 minutes. Internet 100mbs Ethernet / wifi & driveway parking. Brand new ensuite bathroom & Kitchenette December 2023. Please note we require 1 form of government ID once booked & a face to face check-in with all bookings between 3pm-8pm.
Please be aware the studio that is underneath the main house. At times you will be able to hear walking on floorboards from above, although we try out best to minimise the noise and we don't wear shoes inside the house, we can't guarantee you won't hear foot steps, creaking timber floors or sounds from above, if you are sensitive to those sounds then this property would not be suitable.
