Nestled within the exclusive complex ‘St Tropez’, this two-bedroom apartment located on the top floor overlooks the Noosa River and enjoys an unparalleled position among the inviting environs of Noosa Parade and some of Noosa’s finest restaurants and cafés in Quamby Place.

Spacious and stylish, the bedrooms allow for moments of retreat while the sundrenched balconies and living area offers an appealing gathering point. The first furnished balcony, complete with a dining table overlooking the river and waterfront while the other balcony flows off the main bedroom. A fully-equipped kitchen partners with an inviting dining zone as the perfect pairing for meals creatively pulled together with the region’s fresh local produce, seafood and more. The area flows on to the chic lounge, and from there to a private balcony with water views.

With a communal swimming pool, sunloungers and a sandy beach, there are myriad ways to enjoy the water. Go for a swim, explore the adjacent canal, pull up your boat or explore further afield.
