The location of this property is great. 5 minute walk to Hastings Street. The house is also great. So much room, clean and the pool is lovely. Its better than the pictures. Thanks for a great stay.
This is a great house for a family holiday in walking distance to Hastings St and Main Beach. It is well priced for its location. Of the 5 bedrooms, 3 have single beds, so it is ideally suited for a family group. The pool is large and well positioned off the main living area on the ground floor. The crimsafe screen doors are great to allow airflow and safety. Note that only the living areas and main bedroom are air conditioned so the bedrooms can be hot, despite having ceiling fans. The kitchen and bathrooms weren't that well stocked so could do with an audit and restock. Overall, the house could do with a bit of maintenance both inside and outside. Cate the property manager was great - very responsive and helpful :)
We had a fabulous stay accommodating two families (3 adults, 5 teenagers) plenty of room for everyone. House walking distance to Hastings street and beach. Cate was great with her communication. Will definitely be back again, a wonderful family holiday in Noosa.

Loved the house ,but a major fault was the staircase.No hand rails & as I am in my late seventies,I was terrified of falling!!Cate at Utopia was very attentive.
Large house, lovely pool, plenty of space for a large number of people. Walk to Hastings Street in a few minutes. Shower in main bathroom not up to scratch.
Some maintenance required.
All in all everything was was good to excellent and as expected for a first rate holiday in our favourite part of the world. Great accommodation in an ideal location close to beaches, bike trails, shops and restaurants. After replacing several light bulbs and thanking the fast reacting management team for upgrading the 19th Century wifi service the house was up to 5 star performance. The problem with a leaking pool was unfortunate and I hope this is fixed for future guests. At least the children were able to continue enjoying the water. The gardens were in immaculate order and well maintained. We would certainly return.
