Our full week stay at Nautilus was great. We stayed in a renovated unit and all the quality inclusions made the stay enjoyable. Comfy bedding and a nice unit from top to bottom.

a good value property last minute, as each one is privately owned, they are all different, I stayed in number 18, very clean and comfortable but needed new carpet, lucky living is tiled floor

Great location and fantastic manager on site. The property does need a renovation, amenities on offer were not working (e.g., TV, aircon), and the general cleanliness was not great (e.g., hair, dust and dirt in various areas).

Unit had the laundry and toilet outside for the down stairs area. Which was not mentioned. Dishwhaser is as old as the property and doesnt clean proplery. The aircon is upstairs only and doesnt go down to the bottom level. The hot water only lasted for 1 person, so had to wait 30min for the next shower. The couch cushions wouldnt stay properly on yhe couch which made sitting on very uncomfortable. The build up of shower scum on the tiles looked like it hadnt been clean for months.. Very disappointed.

Great location and great amenities. For the price I expected the apartment to be of higher quality. The rug was stained in the lounge and furniture was rusted giving the place a bit of a tired feel. But overall very comfortable place and everything you need :)

It is a a nice place to stay, clean quiet and close to everything. The only thing i didn’t like was the free wifi they advertise was misleading information because we only got 2 Gb a day for a family of 4 which is nothing nowadays,

Excellent air conditioning (actually 2units for the townhouse) which kept the whole place cool and comfortable. Lovely pool. Managers are very friendly. Plenty of space in the townhouse. Renovated bathroom. Some cleaning spots were missed. Master bed was uncomfortable.

We enjoyed our 4-night stay at this resort. The pool was right outside our door which was great and thankfully closed at 9 pm due to the noise. Free kayak rental was a bonus. The office staff were friendly and welcoming. Great location. Wasn't happy with the room being opened to downstairs as it wasn't very private and very bright in the mornings. The cleaning wasnt very good with tabacco on the table and items left under furniture. Could do way better on the cleanliness. Arrived with the floors still soaking wet, which is a safety hazard, without signs saying they were wet.Loved the private toilet and laundry outside the apartment. As a family of 4, we had ample space in our apartment.

The unit smelt of animals,I can only guess the owner or other occupants had had cats or wet dogs in the department. The gardens were untidy and not maintained. For some reason the bins for the whole complex were kept outside of font door which also meant a very unpleasant smell every time you went to you car. The management didn't manage a smile and I can only imagine they weren't happy that I had to disturb them when checking in or out (during office hours). I certainly wont be going back.

Nice apartment with everything we needed for our stay. Swimming pool is nice with a heated hot tub area. Just a short 10 minute walk from lots of nice restaurants and boat hire places along the river and a 15 - 20 minute walk from the main Noosa beach.
