Communication from the owner (Dave) was excellent and I appreciated the thoughtful welcome basket. The unit was everything I needed: clean and comfortable, with a good bed, and quality bathroom and kitchen (coffee machine!). It was close to the beach, restaurants and a great Thai massage place, with access to kilometres of walking paths… I could relax on the balcony, in the pool and spa, or head to the beach. I wish I had booked for longer.

Beautiful atmosphere

Wonderful beach apartment!

Wonderful place to stay! Great views of the beach and relaxing sounds of waves at night. Central to everything you need. Great coffee pods too! The heated pool was nice including the warm spa! Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway.

This unit was excellent for us. Great views of the ocean. Welcomed by a few little snacks that was greatly appreciated. Unit well equipped with everything you need and I love a good spa .

This was the perfect location to explore all the Sunshine Coast has to offer. Excellent public transport very close and some good dining options. The jewel was close proximity to Alex Beach and being able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the sunset and sunrise it was spectacular, The facilities were excellent, cool, clean and comfortable and the pool area was always very clean and quiet. Loved it all thank you Dave

Lovely apartment so tastefully decorated with great amenities and such wonderful views of the ocean. A quiet location perfectly placed between Maroochydore and Mooloolaba, where you are spoilt for choice. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Alexandra Headlands.

Absolutely awesome, perfect beachfront location, close to everything definitely recommend.

This property was absolutely awesome and in a perfect beachfront location. The unit had everything we needed - plus excellent views, very comfy bed made for a great night sleep,very close to all amenities. Dave the host was wonderful to deal with - the information about his accommodation and things/places to visit nearby, response time to messages, everything was spot on. Noisy but nice

Great location. Apartment had everything we needed. Only comment is it is very noisy with all the traffic on the busy street below with the patio doors open if you are looking for a quiet spot.

The room was modern and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The complex is in walking distance to cafes and the surf life saving club. The pool was nice and warm. Great communication from Dave made it easy to find everything as described. Parking is a little snug if you have a big car.

Relaxing

We came to celebrate my partners birthday. And to unwind. Coming from the cold and wet NZ winter. This was wonderful. The apartment had everything we needed. Closeness to the beach and amenities. It’s perfectly situated to get to all the wonderful places on the Sunshine Coast. The sunrises and sunsets from the room were amazing. Thanks Dave.

Birthday break

We had a lovely stay at the apartment we were very comfortable and there is plenty of food choices around . Thanks for the treats they were yummy Road is a bit noisy but shut the door and window it’s fine . Wish I could have changed the weather but it was out of my control.Owners are spot on with all their information and it made check in very easy . I will come back in the warmer months thanks for a lovely place to stay .

Great location

Very comfortable studio apartment, with great views over the water. Within walking distance to Mooloolaba, Maroochydore and Cotton Tree. Only downsize was the lack of cupboard space in the kitchen. We had been travelling for 4 weeks, with 4 weeks to follow, and had quite a bit of food. Also only a bar size fridge. But small prices to pay for a well decorated apartment.

As advertised

After a 2 night stay with late notice, we found the place easy with good instruction on entry procedure. Yes the car park is tight, but if you spend more than 8 seconds parking, it's fine. Room itself was a great size, plenty clean, had what we needed. If I had a whinge about anything, the foxtel was a pain, but good old, turn it off and back on again, worked a treat. Restaurants and shopping centres very close, and easy to find. Beach is gorgeous and amenities meet all needs. Will we stay here again? if we want a nice spot for this area, yes, we will.

Everything we wanted!

From our initial communication with David, to first amazing ocean view, to kind offer to get us back to the train station, this was one of our best VRBO stays. The unit was spotless and the nice touches of snack and coffee were very thoughtful. We are in Australia regularly to visit family and we will definitely be returning to this spot, if plans allow. Lots of cafes and bars walkable and easy bus rides if walking isn’t your thing. Mooloolaba 20 minute walk one direction and Maroochydore about 25 the other. We saw whales and walked the gorgeous beach right across from the unit. Residents of the complex are friendly and helpful and the building is small, which appeals to us, as we aren’t the Gold Coast types. The main road in front of the unit can be a bit loud at times, but it never was enough to make us regret our choice. Instead, it was great entertainment watching the early risers run, bike, walk and surf in the quiet morning hours. Any questions were answered quickly, and there were great suggestions for things to do and places to go. Thanks again David for a great stay, and we certainly hope to see you again on another visit to one of our favorite parts of Queensland!
