The Space:

A lovely space for spending quality time with family, with a queen-sized bed up in the loft and a couch that can be converted into a single bed on the ground floor. It's a cozy 155-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. The bathroom, however, follows ecologically sustainable principles, including a waterless eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers) for your use.

- Mobile reception is good for Telstra
- No smoking allowed on the property
- No unregistered guests or visitors allowed
- Outdoor firepit is available for guests to use
- Kindling can be collected from around the farm
- Keep in mind that we have 3 dams on the property
- Fresh eggs, milk, butter, and spreads are provided to guests
- Please advise that we have free-roaming animals from 2:30-4:00 PM
- CHILDREN ARE NOT ALLOWED due to 3 unfenced dams and farm hazard on-site
- If you’d like a campfire, please bring firewood or you may purchase it from the service stations
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge.
Guest Advisory
- Guests are advised to follow the safety guidelines discussed with the land host
- Please do not enter animal paddocks or yards without the land host's permission
- Guests can bring their firewood or purchase them from service stations along the way to the tiny house
Important note:
- Please keep in mind that some areas are shared, such as the outdoor firepit
- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- Please advise that there will be some animal and farmyard noise during your stay with us
- Keep in mind that outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- In order to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our compost toilets a minimum additional cleaning fee is applied for stays of 5 nights or more. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a hygienic experience during your stay.
