Large older style Apartment which has been renovated and modernised, in the Heart of Kings Beach. Recently painted and all new furniture, your own huge private rooftop with ocean views and relaxing furniture, 2 bedrooms, the unit is on third floor via stairs, so best suited to active guests. Brand New Full kitchen, new washing machine and clothes dryer. Both bedrooms have new air conditioning
You will love the panoramic ocean views from the apartment balcony and also from your very own huge private rooftop area, the rooftop is secluded and the perfect place to relax with a book and enjoy the sun.

Parking is either in the visitors carpark within the complex or a fully lockable single garage, perfect for storing surf boards, bikes etc or your car.
