This homey and spacious 2-bedroom, fully self-contained townhouse sleeps up to 4 guests and is set within the charming Noosa Gardens Riverside Resort.
Perfect for holidays all year round, you can enjoy the large, heated pool and spa, and the little ones can play in their own toddler pool. The townhouse surrounds an expansive lawn and tropical garden, which leads to a tranquil seating and BBQ area – the idyllic space to relax with family and friends.
Located only 200 metres from the fabulous restaurants, cafés and boutiques on Gympie Terrace, which runs parallel the gorgeous Noosa River. In the opposite direction, you can walk to the highly regarded Sum Yung Guys restaurant in under 10 minutes.
The space
Enter the front or back of the property into the bright and comfortable open-plan living area, which feels homey with tasteful plants and artwork. The lounge area has a large corner sofa, coffee table and Smart TV with Foxtel. Windowed sliding doors lead to a private patio with seating for four and straight into the lush resort gardens.
Next to this is the modern, fully equipped kitchen with a central bench and 3 bar stools, and dining space for four. This is a great area to entertain and relax with your family or friends.
Off the kitchen is a laundry with a washing machine and dryer and separate toilet.
Upstairs the cosy main bedroom features a Queen bed, built-in wardrobe and TV. The second bedroom features 2 single beds (which can be made into a king on request) and a built-in wardrobe.
The bedrooms share a contemporary bathroom with a large walk-in shower.
Guests can enjoy free unlimited WiFi.
Fans and air conditioning are throughout the property and individual, undercover carport parking is available.
Pool towels are provided on request.
