Traditional holiday house you have longed dreamed about Charming 3 b/r house, with open & airy lounge, well equipped kitchen, air-conditioning, great verandah, huge backyard, games room, water views & only steps from the Beach & Passage. Double garage, plus extra parking

We are a pet friendly home

Fantastic location close to water, cafes, shops & stroll to other Caloundra attractions and sights.
PROPERTY DETAILS
This charming 3 bedroom two storey house is full of warmth and character. This is the house to have a traditional Australian beach holiday or get away. With water views from the house, it truely is only a 2 minute walk from the stunning Pumicestone Passage. Whether you want to walk, swim, ride, paddle, relax or simply take in the sunrise and views over the Passage, this location gives you every option.

Upstairs can be accessed with stairs on either side of the house. Upstairs has the three bedrooms, lounge room, kitchen, balcony and bathroom and toilet. Downstairs has double garage, games area with table tennis, lounge room with smart tv and toilet.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

From here you can walk or drive to the Golden Beach shopping for coffee, cake, cafes, groceries and restaurants, or the opposite direction to Caloundra city central and Bullock Beach. We are on the bus route if you want to catch the bus to go into Caloundra, or locations further afield.

The house has a laundry with washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is a large traditional hills hoist clothes line in the back yard. We do NOT supply laundry detergent.

All linen, pillows, towels, beach towels are provided as part of your stay with us.

We endeavour to keep the cleaning costs to the minimum fee therefore, tea, coffee, milk, 3 in 1 body wash and hair and 2 rolls of toilet paper (per toilet) are provided for a "start up" to your stay. You are required to purchase your own after that. We do not supply sugar nor laundry detergent, tissue or paper towel etc. All linen is provided and is Premium Linen Serviceā€
If you want to be more active we have 2 bicycles (& helmets) and esky, beach toys for the children, boogie boards and a surf board.

So whether you want to sit, relax and take in the beauty of the house and area, or be active and use our bicycles, etc it all awaits you here at Golden Beach

You have the entire house, garage, yard for your use and enjoyment.

You can see from our photos why Golden Beach and Caloundra is so popular with both tourists and locals, with quaint shops, trendy cafes and restaurants, cinema, tennis courts for hire, fishing, boating, and Caloundra Sunday markets every week.

Further afield you can easily explore the many beaches of Caloundra, Australia Zoo, Blackall Range, Maleny, Montville, Mooloolaba, Coolum and Noosa.

Dishonest Host

We have just stayed here and actually really loved it until we were told our dogs damaged a couch when they absolutely did not!! Our dogs were outside the whole weekend except for a short time inside and sitting on the floor with us there the whole time. The manager did not listen to us. We have 5 star rating and leave places cleaner than we find them...I am not impressed with this dishonest treatment!!!!!
