  • Experience the laid-back Noosa lifestyle with this spacious, pet friendly, centrally located 2 bedroom unit approximately 200 metres from Gympie Terrace and Noosa River.

    Within short walking distance to restaurants, cafes, bars and Noosaville town centre.

    The two storey layout is light-filled and comfortable with an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area set on the ground floor along with laundry and downstairs toilet.

    Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms and centrally located main bathroom along with a bonus loft bedroom with king single that is perfect for a teen or young adult hideaway with access via an attic style ladder.

    Both bedrooms feature a king size bed with the second bedroom having an option of 2 singles on request.

    Air conditioning is located downstairs, master bedroom and second bedroom. There is a free standing cooler in the loft.

    Modern look and a split system air-conditioning add to the townhouses appeal plus the kitchen is sleek and stylish with modern day appliances on hand.

    Relax outside on the north-facing rear courtyard in peace and privacy.
