Welcome to a luxury three bedroom holiday home that includes an open plan living area with covered outdoor patio, full height entry void and feature garden atrium. Luxurious and fully equipped kitchen with a spacious benchtop. Miele appliances and a walk-in butler's pantry. A laundry, powder room and double garage complete the lower level. Upstairs features a master suite with walk in robe, ensuite with double basin and shower.
Rounding off the top level are two additional bedroom and bathrooms with a bath tub. Outside you will enjoy a fully landscaped exclusive use garden, well manicured common gardens, Weber BBQ and and of course, you will have access to the shared pool areas where you can enjoy a cocktail and snacks from the licenced pool bar.
