The downfall of this great location for proximity to beah and cafe. Is.....the awful phone tower . It is known to emmitt radiation 500 meter radius or more. It was near our room facing the bedroom. Definetely not eco friendly. If i had known i would have booked a roim furthest away because the property is kept safe , clean and well facilitated. Loved the pool area .

Great location at the beach, great complex facilities, property nice and clean, beds comfortable, love the large windows in the bedroom. Pity they didn't have a coffee machine or plunger, at least there are lots of cafes nearby.

The apartment was good, a little dated, not like the photos on the website! The pool and bbq area were clean and tidy. Car space was very tight, especially sharing with an air conditioning unit. Reception staff was efficient and friendly. Great spot close to shopping strip with everything you need.

We stayed in a two bedroom unit on the 11th floor which had fantastic ocean views. The unit itself hasn't been renovated for many years but was very clean, comfortable and spacious which was perfect for a 10 night stay. On a Sunday evening a lamp blew a fuse in the apartment which took out power to the kitchen. The after hours manager arranged an electrician to attend promptly to fix the issue. This was excellent service and saved a fridge full of food! Elouera is a five minute walk to the Maroochydore Surf Club, a 10 minute walk up Sixth Avenue to the Cotton Tree shops with a convenience store, pharmacy, newsagent and bakery etc and a five minute drive to Sunshine Plaza. I would definitely recommend these apartments.
