Situated across the road from Pumicestone Passage, there is plenty to see and do whilst staying in this 2 bedroom unit.
The Space:
Sit back in your living area and enjoy the fantastic views of the Pumicestone Passage and colourful watercraft passing by, or walk south along the waters edge all the way to Diamond Head, or head along the pathway which will take you in to town.
This second floor unit sleeps 5 people and offers large bedrooms and a balcony to relax on after a fun filled day. There are fly screens to all the bedroom windows & a security screen door to the balcony. Ceiling fans are located throughout the unit.
There is also a tandem lock up garage to take your boat and car. This is a brilliant position for a spot of fishing.

Please note that this property does not have air conditioning however there are ceiling fans are supplied.
Linen
Bookings newly created after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you for an additional fee.

We could see the water from the door/balcony as there was a small gap in the trees. Kitchen equipment needs updating. Frypan was old and had bits missing from the surface which made everything stick. Place was clean.
