    Designed across two spacious levels, the apartment features two separate living areas, two bedrooms each with their own ensuite bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, full laundry, upstairs balcony and a single lock up garage with internal access suitable for small cars only.

    Upstairs is the light filled open plan living, dining and kitchen area opening onto the breezy balcony with lovely views over the pool and gardens. The living area includes a comfortable chaise lounge and large Smart TV, while the six-seater dining table is perfect for shared meals and entertaining.

    The modern kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, full size fridge, oven, stovetop, microwave, kettle, toaster and everything needed for an easy stay.

    The upstairs balcony is a beautiful place to relax with sun loungers, an outdoor dining setting and Weber gas BBQ for long summer evenings.

    Also located upstairs, the master bedroom features a luxurious king bed, ensuite bathroom, air conditioning, ceiling fan and built in wardrobes with generous storage.

    The second bedroom downstairs, also with ensuite bathroom, air conditioning, ceiling fan and built in wardrobes can be configured as either two king single beds or one king bed.
