This magnificent holiday home will impress from the moment you walk through the front door. Boasting six spacious bedrooms and four bathrooms, this spacious property comfortably accommodates up to fifteen guests, making it perfect for large families.

The open plan living area and modern kitchen create the perfect space for everyone to come together, relax and enjoy quality time.

Upstairs features three bedrooms , two bathrooms , a spacious lounge, and a fully equipped kitchen, along with three large wall mounted Tv's. All upstairs bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning for year-round comfort.

Downstairs offers another three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a laundry, and a second lounge area with air conditioning. There is also a convenient kitchenette with a bar fridge and a fourth TV, while the rear bunk room has recently been fitted with air conditioning as well.

Step through the glass doors downstairs to the outdoor entertaining area, complete with a sparkling in-ground pool, outdoor lounge, enjoy a BBQ in the alfresco dining area. Perfect for relaxing with a beverage or hosting family and friends.

If the beach is more your style, beautiful Dicky Beach is just a short stroll away.

Parking includes one lock up garage, driveway parking for two vehicles, plus a second driveway on the left-hand side of the property, ideal for extra vehicles or even parking your boat.

Linen is included, however beds are not made.


We enforce a No Party Policy, please note the following:

No more than the registered number of guests is allowed at the house after 10pm.Guests are not permitted to hold any social gatherings in the house or on common property, which would cause any noise that could interfere with the peace and quiet of other guests or neighbours in line with current legislation governing noise pollution. No access to outside decks, balcony or gardens after 9pm.There will be ONE warning only given for any excess noise or disruption after which we have the right to evict all guests with no refund on accommodation. Guests acknowledge that there will be charges for any call out to the house due to undue noise, which will automatically be deducted from your Bond. Any damage caused by the guests or guests visitors to the house or common property shall be at the expense of the registered guests.

We used our own baby gates at the top of the stairs to keep our 2 year old & 10 month old safe.Great having 6 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms for our 4 couples & children.Would have appreciated A/C in upstairs lounge & 2 of the downstairs bedrooms.Happy with everything else.

Such a great place to stay for a large group!

I’m extremely happy with my stay at this house, it had everything we needed & had a lovely open plan feel. My family loved it here too. Only reason why I only gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it’s a bit far from any cafes/restaurants/shops etc, you really have to drive around. The neighborhood is nice & quiet though house is really so good, very impressive & we will be back for sure!

Not what it seems

Firstly, the home was clean yes, however the lawn was overgrown upon arrival, the pool was full of leaves. The Plumbing made a terrible sound anytime you used the shower, flushed the toilet or washing your cloths. The water would fluctuate very quickly and burn you, many of us and the children experienced this. Midway into our stay the gardener had come and started whipper snipping while the children were outside playing. he was extremely rude and abusive. We notified the agent and asked him to come back after we had departed since we only booked for a week. but he refused and continued his mowing. our cars became filthy from the gardener and his mess. There is no privacy when you are upstairs and it does feel like all the neighbours are watching you. We also experienced the pool area needed more privacy from the neighbours as we had caught an older man looking at our young teenage grandaughter's. We will never stay here again and I hope you consider this review choosing this house. We were very disappointed considering how much it cost and the photo's did look nice.

11 adults for a netball team...we absolutely loved it as so much space. Very impressed

Floors were quite dusty and dirty when we arrived but other then that it was a near perfect experience for 11 adults for a sports carnival. House is great with such a great breeze going all the way through the house! Perfect holiday home 😊 less than 5 minute drive to the supermarket.

More than all the comforts of home

Plenty of room with 15 of us staying. Huge queen rooms. With 4 bathrooms for an all ladies crew and all the amenities in good clean condition we couldn’t ask for better accommodation. Just a short walk to Dicky Beach Surf Club and Currimundi Beach. Supermarkets only 5 minutes away too. An ideal location

Great place for a midwinter holiday. For our big group of 3 families making up 17 people, this property was ideal. Bedrooms were spacious and had room for baby cots and the two living areas were great for our group. Kids could watch TV downstairs while the adults socialised above. Close to the beach and to all facilities. A great place.

Amazing house with wonderful surroundings! A 5 minute walk to the beach and beautiful outdoor area. Couldn't of been happier with the place. Clean, big and well set out. Pool didn't have steps and didn't get that much sun but alround a wonderful place. Home away from home
