"Our stay was great! The weather worked out perfect for Feb. The hot tub was fine. Pool was too cold. Really lovely area and place to stay near all the great hiking spots. The Sedona Sunday Farmer's Market was so fun! This place is well stocked -both bathroom and kitchen stuff. We always appreciate coffee, spices, etc. We did have one issue with the washer leaking. The repairman came the next day. apparently it had happened before. He was able to get it fixed enough for our use. One other issue is the bed in the office/second room. The mattress is a bit saggy in the middle."

"My family stayed there for three nights and it was great. It was very quiet and the room was clean and everything worked without issue. There was 1 king bed and 2 pull out couches so there was plenty of room for the five of us. Would definitely stay here again."

"The perfect location for a Sedona trip. We had two children 13 and 9. Booked a rim view amd it exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly and the cleaning service took care of kitchenette. We were able to do the airport mesa hike from our room. The balcony was picture picture and we filled in the must sees with a jeep tour. Will be back! "

"The property was nice and cozy, service is great, rooms were clean and the in-room commodities were great, but I wish the pool and hot tub were operational. Neither were running and you can tell there was some bacteria in the hot tub. Even if it's salt water the jacuzzi should be circulating. "
