" Beautiful and very clean home! The house was larger than it appeared in the pictures. Very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked and extras like sunscreen and a welcome gift basket were a nice touch. The home is located in a safe area with parks within walking distance. Close to many hiking trails in the San Tan regional park. The pool and hot tub were very nice and heated to a comfortable temperature. Communication with the host was easy through the app. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Had (have) issue with extra person charge, do not know why it was charged, in fact one of the listed renters did not have to stay as they lived in queen creek, when reservation was made we had no idea how far apart the residences were, she was only 10 minutes away, so she did not have to stay. Would like to have extra person charge explained."

"Everything was good for our stay. We knew the pool wasn't heated and unfortunately it was too cold to swim. Luckily we were visiting family and their development had a heated pool so all good there. There was all the supplies needed for the week. It was exceptionally nice to have a washer and dryer for the week to pack a bit lighter."
