"The property was extremely comfortable and spotless. Convenient location with excellent amenities. The hostess was fantastic—responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with. I truly enjoyed my stay. My husband and I stayed with my mom and dad, and my sister and her husband and kids. San Tan Mountain Regional Park is close by and it offers hiking, biking, and wildlife. Lots of great restaurants including San Tan Flat for steaks, Greek Islands Grill for gyros, and Maddie Jo's BBQ for delicious barbecue. You can eat in or go out for dinner. All of us had a fantastic time. Thank you."

Backyard Oasis: Updated San Tan Valley Escape

"The home is in an area of mixed agricultural and new home construction. There is shopping just a couple of miles away, so convenient to stock up. Home is well stocked with linens, dishes, pots and pans, seasonings and cleaning supplies. We have never stayed at a VRBO or Airbnb where the owners ask that you haul out the large trash cans to the curb and return them the next day after trash pick up, but it wasn't too bad. However, in 112 degree heat, lugging trans cans around to the backyard was a little tough... The AC worked ok, but the master bedroom did not cool off as well as the other 2 bedrooms. The living room, dining room and kitchen were extremely warm, which made cooking a little sticky in the afternoon. Bathrooms were well stocked, with plenty of supplies. We had a couple of issues, but owner was very responsive, and hopefully they are fixed for the next clients. We stayed here while visiting family, and it met our needs. Clean, safe and well maintained are most important to us, and it met all of those boxes."
