"Sunset Ranch was an amazing VRBO/short term rental! We had a great experience with our family, the house is well stocked and the layout and outdoor patio was the best. It worked perfect for our family weekend to celebrate an NAU graduation. John was great to work with and we had a great stay! Highly recommend!"

"House was very nice, shower was awesome! Didn't realise how close it the other house was. Hot tub was excellent, we were able to watch some stars late at night since we were unable to sleep in either of the beds due to how uncomfortable they were. One is a sleep number and no matter what number we had it on it felt like your standard air mattress. "Shops near by" is relative store is like 10min away. The 230 cleaning fee felt high but thats how these things are I guess, was just two of us i should say. Unfamiliar with the market in this area but I probably wouldnt justify it again."

"Great location, plenty of space for our family and kids. Love that they welcomed our well-behaved dog. I think the only thing missing was a few complimentary coffee pods lol Something we overlooked in packing! Kids loved it - we would come back!"
