"Clean rooms, great service, complimentary breakfast satisfying, prime proximity to NAU and other major downtown Flagstaff areas, plenty of parking, complimentary coffee/teas and cookies all day, housekeeping service every three days or upon request, our suite was right above lobby on second floor and it was never noisy or distracting. Great experience!"

"Only stayed for a night but it was a great spot! No holding deposit, reasonable pet fee. Room was clean, everything worked fine. I loved that there were bottles of body wash, shampoo and conditioner available in the shower. Also hot water, a microwave and a fridge. Not sure if it's because I was pretty tired but I couldn't hear the train from the room despite of being pretty loud. Overall, great place to stay ! Staff was kind and very technological advanced. Thank you!"

"The room was a two queen bed suite. The room was very clean and well maintained. It was very spacious and not cramped. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. When checking out, the front desk clerk was nice as well. There was breakfast, but because of time, we didn't eat anything. Those who were eating seemed to be enjoying themselves. Overall, it was a great place to stay and will choose it again when in the area."

"We first stayed at this location in 2021. Five years later it still feels brand new. Great staff, nice rooms, great complimentary breakfast. We had first floor room near the side door which made unloading and re-loading super easy. Very nice property right off of I-40. Coming back in a few weeks!"

"Check in a breeze. Cindi, the manager, is patient and helps everyone. Breakfast staff are constantly working to make breakfast as easy as possible in a clean environment. The pool and hottub were clean. Beds comfortable. My family chose this hotel for its ease to NAU and other area attractions."
