"We arrived a little bit early and they did offer an early check-in which was awesome. We had to pay for an upgrade to a suite to do the early check-in which wasn't an issue until we got to the room. The room was extremely small and the garden tub was actually cracked and the cold water didn't work on the tub so even if the tub wasn't cracked we still wouldn't have been able to use the tub. Also the A/C seemed to struggle to keep the room at an comfortable temperature for us. I do realize we are in Las Vegas and it is hot there but I feel that I shouldn't be sweating while sleeping if I paid what I paid for the stay. Informed the staff about the issues with the room and I feel as though they did not handle it the way they should have. We couldn't be moved do to the hotel being full which is understandable. I feel as though we should have been reimbursed for the extra charges since the room was not up to the industry standard. I have several family members that work in the hotel business in other states that are in some of the other highly visited cities and since they are managing the hospitality aspect I kinda have higher standards. This "Resort" did not meet my expectations and I also reached out to the owners of this "Resort" and expressed my issues with no response. Use this information however you wish but I will not be returning to this establishment or any of their other properties."

Staff just need to be replaced with staff that actually want to be there and dont treat customers like theyre a bother...."

"booked with a Complementary breakfast for additional $6 per person( you get what you pay for small bowl of fruit and a Danish. ) I ended up offering a real breakfast at 15 for egg sausage and Hashbrons. the rooms were pretty clean with a modern look, very small. I did ask for a High room, front desk was helpful floor 33 with partial View of the strip facing North . The casino did not have too many options of Tables , a few homeless/Druggies hanging out by the main , Entrance , they have a few restaurants inside and a CVS self Parking a FREE , reared in casinos in Vegas, walk form the Parking to the hotel seem a bit rundown overall I stayed Thursday -Sunday and paid about $500 for all, So I guess the price is not too bad. this might be because it was first week of April "

"Staff was very cordial and helpful with anything we asked for from security to valet and it was extremely easy to navigate for a big hotel the only thing was never received my $50 perk "

"Beautiful casino, the rooms were tighty when we first checked in, but from our stay from sunday to wednesday our room was never cleaned once. When we called to ask about it they told us to make sure the sign wasnt on the door ( it was not and never was) and they would put us on a list at 12pm on tuesday. By 5pm our room still was not cleaned and when we called back this lady was very rude and said it wouldnt be cleaned that day and its because the order was put in late. She made it seem like it was our fault that we called late when it was because house keeping was down the hall so we assumed they be in there, but never were. The food, drinks, and casino were fantastic, but the hotel stay was not as great. Even checking in was not easy. id give this place 3/5 for the hotel portion and a 5/5 for the food and atmosphere."
