House has 3 large bedrooms (king, king, dbl/twin bunk, twin/twin bunk, queen sofa sleeper), 2 updated new bathrooms, water softener, private boat ramp, 2-well dock (a boat in one slip not for use) with covered patio area and uncovered sunbathing area. Features a 6-step WetSteps easy entry/exit ladder, a Lily Pad floating mat, two kayaks, paddleboat and variety of sizes life jackets and individual foam rafts and noodles. Relax at lakeside Fire Pit area with Adirondacks, or just sit and enjoy large fabulous view from house deck or dock with channel viewing. Deck is parallel to the boat ramp making for easy, stair-free unloading into the house- or Utilize to put your boat in and out of lake. This is a privately owned boat ramp to launch your boat and park trailer. At dock their is open 24' boat slip. Or option to tie up on interior side with larger boat. Its a quiet area off main channel about 1/2 back into cove- Perfect location!! Fabulous Fishing Location with Private boat ramp and parking If you Golf- Indian Rock Golf Coarse and restaurant is about 15 minutes away.

Exterior Gas Grill, wood Smoker and a loaded interior kitchen with gas stove, microwave, slower cooker medium & large crockpot... for cooking while enjoying this piece of heaven with fabulous access to water. Newer dishwasher 2023. The nearby restaurants that can be easily accessed by land or water include: Bear Bottom Resort with water slides (restaurant & water resort), Captain Ron's, Big Dicks (to shoot a minnow), Larry's on the Lake, or The Cave Bar and Grill if your heading to Ha Ha Tonka Springs to shoot thru freezing springs!! Ready for a Margarita in tbe water- head to Red Fox- their fabulous!! Stores/Shops are just a quick 10 minute drive away in Laurie, a couple of favorite restaurants on land to try include: Carmelita's Mexican (Good Food & Margaritas), Taboo (awesome burgers & can call in to-go orders), Little Vinny’s plus more new places coming. 3 Grocery stores- 1-Town and Country (old G2M), 2- Woods, 3-Save-a-lot. Pirates Point close for boat rentals among others.

This hideaway is tucked away in a fabulous quiet cove with loads of lake frontage, while simultaneously providing an awesome view of the channel in several lounging areas. A perfect home to rent for families and couples. Must be at least 26 years old to rent, and in attendance while staying. We will not accept bachelor/bachelorette parties. Strict No pets or smoking. We do offer weekly and monthly discounts. This home sits on Sunrise Beach/Gravois Mills with great access and smoother water. Fishing is fabulous off dock or bring your boat, and use the private boat ramp and non-shared dock on this lakeside “Fishtales” home.

Great family retreat
We used the house to stay close to our family place and we needed extra room-easy to walk back and forth so only really used it to sleep and shower! But very comfortable! Only complaint was the outside trash cans were basically already full when we got there-that would have been a real game changer had we been living at the house the entire time-there would have been alot more trash-that is a problem!! But only negative i could say about the place!!

It was nice that the property manager was so accommodating to our situation. The property itself was as advertised. A big deal was the private boat launch and how close the dock is to the house. No steep inclines.

A cross country trip
I had a group of nine women flying in from across the country to meet me in St. Louis and drive down to the Ozarks We had a beautiful stay in this home. It was fully equipped with everything needed . The home itself was in excellent condition . The property is fantastic. Lake access, and fun the entire time. We also went on a float trip and a cave tour at nearby places !! I will say, the driveway is a little scary and best to be backed out of if possible, loose gravel is the issue ,, plus a hill . But when an emergency popped up and I needed an extra nights stay the host was more than gracious to accommodate me. This is a 5 Star Place and I would recommend to anyone.!!!

The home was nice and we enjoyed the paddle boats and fishing. Home was equipped with everything you need and was clean. We also rented trailer but didn’t stay in it due to other reasons. The host Ms. Rosemary was very friendly and tried to help us solve any issues we had. The family enjoyed the home.

This is my 2nd year staying at this house. I am very fond of it. It's extremely clean and provides everything one needs. It has a great view of the lake from the deck and a dock for your boat. There is also a fish cleaning area and power at the dock for charging batteries. There is a boat ramp next to the house but check lake levels as many of the ramps do not become usable until at least mid april. There is an outdoor firepit as well. Also, its a very quiet neighborhood with little traffic. The town of Laurie is about 3 miles up the road for anything you need. I recommend "Chances R" or "Redd's BBQ" as dining/bar options or "Carmalitas" for Mexican. The owner is easy to work with as well. I would recommend this home to anyone. Although I was solo this home could easily accommodate larger families.

The boat slip and private ramp wired out great for me. 21 ft boat was manageable in the available space.(recommend 4x4 tow vehicle as it is steep and gravel above concrete ramp) We didn’t spend much time in the house, but is very nice and beside food and drink had everything we needed. No complaints!

Great time on the lake!
We had a mini family reunion with family who live on the lake full time. Our VRBO was a perfect location for a part of the crew. The bunk room sure helped. Never used the 2 kayaks but did use the dock and paddle boat and Lilly pad - all great. House easily sleeps 9 (w/ the bunk room sleeping 5 of the 9). Kitchen, dining room & living room all well stocked - it all just worked. Thanks!

Perfect place for small family gatherings
Not too big, yet big enough to host single family gathering. We did have to request for basic items that should have been there like paper towels , hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent etc. Place would benefit from having a better ice-maker. Once emptied, it never filled up again and have a nice griddle to make a nice breakfast on. Otherwise, being right on the water is amazing. Having a boat launch on site is very nice and convenient. Having 2 kayaks, a paddle boat, and a Lilly pad are also extra perks to have on site if you don’t plan on having a boat the entire trip. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Hasn’t Disappointed Yet
This lake house hasn’t let us down. This is our 3rd or 4th visit i can’t remember for sure. Great set-up. House is comfy and well furnished and clean. Dock set up is great. Wonderful swimming and views and amazing fishing! We caught our limit several days. Highly recommended. Owners are great, good communication. Love everything about it.

Family Trip
We stayed for 3 nights at this property for a family trip. We had 5 adults and 3 kids at the main house and 3 adults and 2 kids at the optional space. We had everything we needed for a fun time at the lake. Check in was a breeze and there’s ample parking on a gravel driveway. Inside we had enough towels for everyone, a fully stocked kitchen, amenities in the bathrooms and comfortable beds. The pack n play was useful for my 1 year old. Outside, everyone had fun on the paddle boat, kayaks and lily pad provided. Plenty of life jackets for all ages. Great fishing just off the dock. We had our own poles but there were a couple of poles there. With so many water toys already there, we did not have to bring much and with 3 kids, that was a relief. The grill worked great. In the evenings we made s’mores at the cowboy cauldron, sat around the fire and played cornhole. The wifi is enough for calls and texts but not the best for streaming. We could not watch much on the Roku tv without it freezing. YouTube kids worked fine for the kids when we were stuck inside due to rain but Disney wouldn’t play for us. There was a DVD player so if you want to bring some DVDs for a movie night, that’s an option as well. The property is on the older side but everything was clean and comfy and it had all you will need to enjoy the lake. Rosemary responded to any questions we had leading up to the trip and during our time there and it was a delight to rent this property from her.

I booked this home for a fishing trip and had an excellent stay. The home is in a very quiet neighborhood about halfway back in a cove off the lake. Launching my 19 foot boat was no problem and the covered boat dock had more than enough space to dock it each evening. There is also power at the dock to charge your batteries and also a place to clean the days catch. The house sits around the 40 MIle Marker of the lake (its 93 miles long!)....so your mid-lake and in a area where its convenient to access the lake going either direction. Your about 3 miles to Laurie where there are 3-4 good restaurant/bars for dinner. Many Many more places in the area as well. The house was perfect and offered great views of the water from both inside and on the deck outside. Check in was a breeze and Rosemary was easy to work with. One of the top 3 lake rentals I've ever stayed at!

Our second time at this lake house this summer did not disappoint. Kids loved the swimming and husband loves that he catches tons of fish right off the dock. House is perfect and clean. Definitely recommend.

Great Property/Great Vacation
This is a definite "go back" for us. Property is great, has everything you will need for your stay. Kitchen adequately stocked, beds were all very comfortable, lots of lake toys for you to use while you are there. Water is very close and the A/C keeps up and cools very nicely. That was a concern since some units don't always keep up, this was great. Showers stayed hot even with 7 of us needing to shower after all the sun and lake water. Communication with the owners was prompt and friendly. We are already planning for another trip next summer.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. So many things for adults and kids to do at the house. We rented a boat overnight and had a place to dock it. Having the aqua Lily pad for the kids to use at the dock was epic. We all had a blast and will keep this place in mind for the next time we travel to the Ozarks

Wow, loved this house/location/amenities!!!!
So we had a boat to dock but most of our time was spent playing on the Lilly pad and off the ramp between the dock and the house. We had an amazing time on the lake, but what surprised me was there was an amazing stocked home, board games, bag toss, life jackets for kiddos. Bbq, smoker( we brought our own) such an amazing array of things to make your stay pleasant, to include mapping of lake and trail access, there was no cell service but we got on Wi-Fi and used messenger to get ahold of people, was able to unload and load boat right there on the property!!!!AMAZING EXPERIENCE BY ALL, nothing but raves from anyone who even just stopped by!!!

Quiet cove with great private dock
We had so much fun swimming and hanging out off the private dock. We were able to have a boat and captain pick us up at the dock for a fun day on the lake and a bite to eat at Captain Ron’s. Also rented some jet ski’s at Pirates Point and enjoyed them all day without all the boat traffic. The house was perfect to relax and watch some movies after we wore ourselves out on the lake.
