"Balcony views of both the bay AND the ocean from our rooms was fantastic. The service from every department including concierge, parking attendants, front desk, and housekeeping was superb the entire time. Very accommodating from the moment we arrived until our departure. We would definitely stay here again. It’s unfortunate the amount of construction that’s going on nearby. Was hoping that at least on Sunday there wouldn’t be but it was still ongoing. It wasn’t awful. Mostly when sitting out on balcony. And it was perfect early morning and in the evenings. Construction noise is no fault of the hotel though. Absolutely recommend. Beach and pool staff were great as well! "

Matthew Williams the director of front office made our stay exra special.He surpassed all of our expectations and congratulations to him. Alisa Geller,front office manager was kind and professional.
