"It is a very basic accommodation option. Average level of cleanliness. Fair price for service in that location. They charge extra for parking. Look for better options around."

"Great staff, newish nice rooms and good location. Pool isn’t great but fine. Beware there is zero sound proofing at door, you hear everyone in hall all night long "

"Ocean front suite was very nice with an amazing sunrise view. Food and drinks at the pool bar were good. Jacuzzi could have been cleaner and area was a bit noisy at times due to next door construction. The flat 35$ fee for parking is a bit obnoxious if you ask me considering there were a few days the car was only there for 5 hrs. Overall, it was a good stay."

"The elevators didn’t work. The Ac in the room was so loud, we weren’t able to sleep. We booked a room with 2 double beds and they gave us 1 bed. We requested late checkout and the didn’t note it down and sent security to our room at 11:50 as we were heading out. Lady at the front desk was extremely rude rolling her eyes and said “we’re not trying to rush you out”. By far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. "

"Absolutely would stay here again! Staff was so helpful, kind, and friendly. The breakfast was always clean, the pool area is well maintained and relaxing. Both food & drink menus were thoughtful and well made. A true hidden gem right along Collins Ave! "

"In the day, this was a grand hotel. It's totally worn out now and ready for a complete renovation. It will most likely be a tear down, though, for all the fancy new stuff going up around the area. The staff was decent enough, but the place is just tired. The location is excellent, so if you keep your expectations low, you will enjoy your stay."
